Add the couscous, lentils, raisins, curry powder & salt to a (reusable) food container.
Keep the peanuts & coconut flakes topping separate in a ziplock.

Now, to save time, you might want to prepare this meal a few more times since you’re busy anyway.
You can store it for 6 to 12 months because it contains the raisins, if you add those later you could possible store it even longer.
Preparing your meal
Like most backpacking meals, preparing couldn’t be easier.
Boil 250ml of water with your cooking setup, add it to the couscous/lentil mix, cover for 5 minutes, and add the coconut/peanut topping.
